13/04 - The Chart
This basically is the first part of my whole theory and probably the easiest to grasp. Above we have the chart. For any sort of life issue, this can give the user a way to find a path to get through it. Unfortunately, it doesn't make the actual 'getting through it' easier but it gives you a clear choice of what options you have and could probably save a lot of time.
This is based on a theory that you always have 3 ways to deal with a problem: try and change it, accept it and move on or remove the issue from your life completely. Nothing will differ in the situation until some sort of factor changes, or you do.
